When you contact RAZ Impact Evolved, please share a clear subject line and a brief overview of your request (volunteering, partnership, donation, or media). We primarily respond to messages in English, and aim to reply within 3–5 working days. As a youth‑led team, we prioritize queries related to our programs, community impact, and verified donation support, and may take longer to respond to informal or non‑urgent messages.

While our direct operations are focused on Palestine, our administrative base is located in Ottawa, Canada, managing our global outreach and support efforts.
