Our incorporation documents

On 28 December 2025, RAZ Impact Evolved was officially incorporated under the Canada Not‑for‑profit Corporations Act as a Canadian not‑for‑profit corporation (corporation no. 1757620‑0). This incorporation affirms our legal commitment to advancing human rights and social justice through transparent, accountable governance.

Guided by international human rights instruments such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and related UN and regional conventions, our mission is to relieve suffering, poverty and distress caused by armed conflict, human rights violations, systemic discrimination, marginalization and environmental degradation. We do this by co‑creating programs with communities that distribute essential resources like food and clothing, build local capacity through training, and support grassroots social enterprises focused on positive social, environmental and economic impact.

RAZ Impact Evolved’s network prioritizes youth, women, refugees and other marginalized groups, especially in current or former conflict zones and in communities facing food insecurity or lack of access to sustainable livelihoods. By combining humanitarian aid, education, impact‑oriented entrepreneurship and values‑driven investment practices, we work to ensure that human rights are upheld while communities themselves lead the change they need.
