Meet our campaign managers
RAZ Impact Evolved’s campaign managers are Palestinian community leaders and family partners who guide each initiative from within Gaza and the wider region, using their lived experience and local trust networks to keep every campaign accountable and responsive to real needs on the ground.
Hamouda Qudaih | Khan Yunis, Palestine
Hamouda Qudaih leads the Warm Gaza Hearts clothing initiative in Khan Yunis, coordinating lifesaving clothing support for children and adults across the Gaza Strip. He focuses on young children from the most vulnerable families, including those with little or no shelter, no crowdfunding support, or who are orphaned, disabled, or injured.
Working closely with his sisters Ghada and Sanaa, Hamouda identifies families in need, manages detailed waitlists, and collaborates with beneficiaries to understand clothing sizes, needs, and preferences. He compares prices across multiple merchants to secure mid‑range clothing items at the lowest possible commission rates, ensuring donations stretch further. Hamouda also coordinates distribution so families can choose how and where to receive clothing, keeping the process respectful, flexible, and culturally sensitive.
Hassan Mohammed Abu-Layl | Nuseirat Al-Zawaida, Palestine
Hassan Mohammed Abu‑Layl is the lead organizer of Hassan’s Kitchen, a community kitchen providing hot meals and food parcels to displaced families in the Nuseirat Al‑Zawaida area. Together with his team, Hassan oversees the preparation of delicious and nutritious meals designed to combat malnutrition and starvation, especially among young children.
He coordinates menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and large‑scale cooking days, ensuring that families receive balanced meals and essential dry goods. Hassan also manages crowdfunding, logistics, and local relationships to sustain ongoing distributions.
Ghada Qudaih | Khan Yunis, Palestine
Ghada Qudaih leads Ghada’s Kitchen in Khan Yunis, providing hot meals, food parcels, and essential supplies to displaced families while championing women-led organising in her community. She designs distributions that combine nourishment with moments of joy, such as snack days and fun activities for children in the camp, creating spaces where women’s care work is recognised as central to community resilience.
Beyond immediate food support, Ghada uses campaign funds to address critical communal needs, including installing a shared water barrel and building a bathroom for the camp—turning women’s leadership into lasting, practical improvements for everyone.
Asmaa Abu-Layl | Nuseirat Al-Zawaida, Palestine
Asma Abu‑Layl plays a central role in Hassan’s Kitchen as an operations and community liaison. She helps plan and organize meal preparation, coordinates with families to understand their needs, and ensures distributions run smoothly and safely.
Asma supports both cooking and packing food parcels with dry goods, reinforcing the program’s focus on nutrition and dignity for displaced families. She is a key bridge between Hassan’s Kitchen and the community, helping maintain trust and communication
Khaled | Nuseirat Al-Zawaida, Palestine
Khaled is part of Hassan’s Kitchen core team, focusing on logistics and distribution. He assists with organizing transport, arranging drop‑off points, and managing queues so families can receive food safely and efficiently.
Khaled’s work ensures that prepared meals and parcels move from the kitchen to the communities that need them most, even in challenging conditions.
Tasneem W. | Nuseirat Al-Zawaida, Palestine
Tasneem manages Warm Gaza Hearts in Nuseirat, leading a community‑based team that provides essential clothing to vulnerable children and adults. She prioritizes families without shelter or existing crowdfunding support, and those facing disability or injury.
She builds waitlists, coordinates directly with families on sizes and preferences, and organizes purchasing and distribution. By comparing prices across merchants and offering both local pickup and direct cash transfers, she ensures aid is dignified, flexible, and culturally sensitive.
Sanaa Qudaih | Khan Yunis, Palestine
Sanaa Qudaih co‑manages Ghada’s Kitchen alongside Ghada, playing a key role in planning, cooking, and distributing food parcels and hot meals. She helps organize children’s activity days and supports the implementation of community projects.
Sanaa’s collaboration ensures that Ghada’s Kitchen responds quickly to changing needs in the camp while maintaining a warm, family‑centered atmosphere.
Ruqaia W. | Nuseirat Al-Zawaida, Palestine
Ruqaia Wael is a core team member of Amaluna, focusing on field coordination and direct support to families. She helps assemble food parcels and oversee distributions in Khan Yunis and Nuseirat.
Ruqaia’s work centers on ensuring that staple goods reach households safely and efficiently, even in rapidly changing conditions.
Why many Palestinian women stay off camera?
Most women in Palestine don’t show their faces or post themselves on social media because of modesty and religious reasons. Because of this, they often receive less support—people assume that if a woman won’t go on video or share selfies, she isn’t really Palestinian and must be a scammer. In reality, many Palestinian women are protecting their dignity, privacy, and families, and their choice to stay off camera should never cost them care; these women deserve our full trust, solidarity, and support.
